For search purposes only
BE IT RESOLVED by the Hutchinson Utii.Luiea commission, nutchinson,
Minnesota, that Citizens Bank, Hutchinson, Yinnsota, be and the same
hereby is designated as the depository of funds of said commission
to the extent of $110,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Federal Land Bank Bonds in the sum
of $1002000.00 and being 3q% bonds and due May 2, 1966, be approved
asadequate collateral by said bank to the extent and in the amount
stated above, and said Federal Land Bank Bonds are hereby accepted
as adequate and suitable collateral to deposits bf said Hutchinson
Utilities Commission to the extent of the sum stated above.
Commissioner R. W. Dahl seconded the f oreCoing motion and upon
roll call, said Resolution was unanimously adopted.
I, R. W. Dahl, do hereby certify that I am the duly qualified
and acting Secretary of Hutchinson Utilities Commission, HutcY.inson,
Minnesota; and I further certify that the foregoing Resolution is a
full, complete and accurate copy of the original Resolution adopted
by said Hutchinson Utilities Commission on A4ay 15, 1958, at which
Waid meeting all members of said Commission were present and said
Resolution was unanimously adopted.
