The subject of a new billing machine was discussed and the Commission is still of the opinion, which was previously expressed and discussed, that no order or purchase of a billing machine should be made until this matter has been further investigated and discussed with our auditor. The regular monthly meeting of the Light & Power Commission was held at R. I. Sheppard's office on February 1, 1954.
