September 9, 1952. Regular Meeting. The regular meeting of the Light and Power Commission was held at Dr. R. I. Sheppard's office on the evening of September 9, 1952 at 7;30. All Commissioners were present, also Supt. Young. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as read. Motion was made and seconded to purchase a new adding machine in the amount of 472.50. The new machine purchased to be a Burroughs machine. The old Burroughs machine was purchased by Burroughs Adding Machine Company for 150.00. Motion made and seconded to bill Carl Christensen 50.00 each time he daiages -thi distribution system to the extent that an outage is caused. Motion made and seconded to sell to Fred Jungblut chipped bricks at 2V a brick. Motion made and seconded to purchase a new Burroughs Billing Machine. r_ E Motion made and seconded to pay the entry fee for the Municipal Electric Plant bowling team. Motion made and seconded to hire Walter Wandrow to work in the plant at 90� per hour. Motion made and seconded to hire Martin Briggs to work with the line crew at $1.00 per hour.
