Sheppard's office on the evening of August 4, 1952 at 7;30. All Commissioners were present, also Supt. Young. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as read. Motion was made and seconded to Field accounts a billing of a 2� net give the Softball and Baseball and 3e gross. This billing to be effective as soon as all current arrears have been taken care of. All Commissioners were present, also Supt. Young. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as read. Motion was made and seconded to purchase a new adding machine in the amount of 472.50. The new machine purchased to be a Burroughs machine. The old Burroughs machine was purchased by Burroughs Adding Machine Company for 150.00. Motion made and seconded to bill Carl Christensen 50.00 each time he daiages -thi distribution system to the extent that an outage is caused. Motion made and seconded to sell to Fred Jungblut chipped bricks at 2V a brick. Motion made and seconded to purchase a new Burroughs Billing Machine.
