06-02-1952 HUCMMay 20, 1952. Special Meeting. A Special Meeting of the Light and Power Commission was held at Dr. R. I. Sheppard 's office at 7,30 on the ev6ning of May 20th. All Commissioners were present, also Supt. Young. Motion was made and seconded to change billing Rbckite Silo Co. from city rates to rural rates aslong as the business has changed, oArthip, this being the policy of the Light Plant when tenants move. Motion was made and seconded to hire August Luthens from June 1, 1952 to August 31, 1952. His hourly rate to be $1.00 per hour. Motion was made and seconded to hire Dave Knutson from June 10, 1952 to September 15# 1952. His hourly rate to be $1.00 per hour. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned. R. W. Sheppard is office at 700 on the evening of June 2, 1952. All Commissioners were present, also Supt. Young. Motion was made and seconded to sell to Ross Heilman 180 cinder blocks from the blocks removed from the East wall of the plant at 2p-per block.
