Special Meeting
January 10, 1952.
A special meeting of the Light & Power Commission was held at the
light plant billing office on January 10, 1952 at eight o'clock P. M.
Dr. R. I. Sheppard, Dr. A. J. Thompson, Commissioners, R. E. Young,
Supt., W. E. Reyerson, attorney and Elmer Jensen, attorney, were present.
Bids were opened for a new Electric Service Building which is to be
attached to the east side of the present light plant building. The following
bids were submitted. Representatives for each of the bidders were present,
excdpt Fagre Construction Company.

All bids were read by the Commissioners and were taken into consideration.
Motion was made and seconded to return the certified checks to Fagre
Const. Co. and Phelps -Drake Co., Inc. as the bids were too high to be considered.
Motion was made and seconded to give all bids due consideration.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned until Jan. 12,
1952.
