Special Meeting
A special meeting of the Light and Power Commission
was held at Dr. R. I. Sheppard's office on June 262 1950 at
7 :30 p.m.
All Commissioners were present; also Supt. Young.
Motion was made and seconded to buy a hole digger.
Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson and seconded
by Commissioner Dahl to contribute $259000.00 to the General Fund
of the City of Hutchinson by June 30, 1950.
Motion was made and seconded to extend the Golf Course
Farm Line. One of the new customers will be Floyd McClure.
A Mortgage Deed was executed between Floyd McClure and the
Municipal Electric Plant. A note was also given to the Municipal
Electric Plant by Floyd McClure in the amount of $500.00. This
amount is to ruarantee payment of his light bills. After his bills
have totaled J500.00, the note will be returned. Said note is
in the safety deposit box of the Municipal Electric Plant in the
Citizens Bank, Hutchinson, Minnesota.
There being; no further business the meeting adjourned.
