SPECIAL MEETING
MARCH 7. 1957
A special meeting of Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held on March
7, 1957, at the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard. All commissioners were
present. L. A. Winter of Buell and Winter Engineering Company was also
present.
Mr. Winter presented to the .Commission a proposed contract for engineer-
ing services in connection with the purchase and installation of a new
engine and generating equipment, including alterations in the swithboard.
Said contract was examined by the Commission, and after examination thereof,
motion was made, seconded and carried that the said Buell and Winter
Engineering Company contract be approved and that the President and
Secretary of the Commission be authorized to execute the same. The
chaimman of the Commission directed that a copy of the contract be
filed in the office of the light plant.
There being no further business, the
