Monthly Meeting.
The regular* monthly meeting of the Light & Power Commission was
held on September 4, 1956 at 7 :30 P. M. The meeting was held at
the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard.
All Commissioners were present, also Supt. Young.
Minutes of the Last monthly meeting were read and approved as read.
Motion was made and seconded to increase the hourly wage of
Gordon Eratzke ten cents. This increase to become effective as
of September 1, 1956. His hourly rate as of September is t is
$1.20 per hr.
Motion was made and seconded to allow the final payment to
Pedersen Electric Company for the Minnesota Mining & Manf. ILine
in the amount of $1,949.00.

Monthly Meeting.
The regular monthly meeting of the Light & Power Commission was
held on October 1, 1956 at 7530 P. M. The meeting was held at
the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard.
All Commissioners were present, also Supt. Young.
Motion was made and seconded in order to clarify a former ruling
of the Commission with regard to employee vacations, that any
employee with fifteen (15 ) full years of employment shall be given
three (3) weeks vacation with pay each year following the calendar
year in which he qualifies.
Any employee with twenty(20) full years of employment shall be
given four (4) weeks vacation with pay each year following the
calendar year in which he qualifies.
