Monthly Meeting.
The regular month!-, inetlai of the Light & Power Commission was held
on April 21 1956 at 7;30 P. Y. The meeting was held at the office of

N N Commissioners Sheppard and Thompson were present, also Supt. Young.
M Minutes of the last monthly meeting were .read and approved as read.
-°00 Member Thompson moved the adoption of the following resolution;

c)," -E ''RESOLVED: That Hutchinson Utilities Commission borrow
°o c N the sum of Q45,000.00 from Citizens Bank, Hutchinson,
U Minn. upon its promissory note, for six months with
c o interest at the rate of three (3) per cent per annum,
° M " and that the President and Secretary of Hutchinson

a- Utilities Commission be, and they hereby are,

CIE — Member Sheppard seconded the adoption of the foregoing resolution,
W u) Z LL and upon vote being taken, all members voted in favor thereof and
no member voted in opposition thereof, and the Resolution was
unanimously adopted*
