02-06-1956 HUCM9 1 1 (43)45 Monthly Meeting. February 6, 1956. The regular monthly meeting of the Light & Power Comr.,iission was held on February 6, 1956 at 7;30 P. M. The meeting was held at the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard. All Commissioner s were present. Iv7inutes of thelast monthly meeting and special meeting were read and approved as read. Motion was made and seconded to issue a check to Pedersen Electric Company in the amount of $1,239.75. Amount of the check to be applied on the Pedersen Contract Price. On October 24, 1955, $45,000.00 was borrowed from the Citizens Bank, Hutchinson, Minnesota. Motion was made and seconded to pay the principal and interest during the month of February, 1956. Motion was made and seconded that Ross Heilman be made Chief Operatar.
