Special Meeting

All Commissioners were present; also Mgr. Alexander, and Ruth Hakel.
President Quade called the meeting to order at 11 A.M.
The meeting was called to consider the sale of #2 Nordberg
Engine. An offer of $100,000.00 has been offered by Diesel
System, with all moving expense, clean -up, insurance, etc.
to be paid by the buyer.
Mgr. Alexander, after consulting Associated Consultants and
various department heads concerning the sale, recommended
that we should sell the machine plus some spare parts in inventory.
On a motion by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy, and carried, it was agreed to sell Nordberg Engine #2
for the sum of $100,000.00 not to include the generator, plus
all expense concerning moving, clean -up, protective service, etc.
