Special Meeting
June 23, 1949.
A special meeting of the Light & Power Commission was held on
June 23, 1949, at 5:00 at Dr. R. I. Sheppard +s office.
All Commissioners were present.
M6tion was made and seconded to give Ralph Young, Superintendent,
full responsibility of the plant and complete charge of personn6l.

Monthly Meeting
July 5, 1949.
The regular monthly meeting, of the Light & Power Commission was
held in R. I. Sheppard's office at 7;30. Commissioners Sheppard and
Thompson were present, also Superintendent Young.
The minutes of the last monthly meeting, June 2, and of the two
special meetings held in June, 14th and 23rd, were read and approved
as read.
Motion was made and seconded to increase Harvey Schultz's hourly
wage rate from x,.798 to $.95.
Motion was made and seconded to leave all bonuses as they are at
the present t ime .
Mlotion was made and seconded to install fiber duct f rom Hassan.
Street North on Washington Avenue to Farm Service Store corner for
future white way service.
A motion was made and seconded to bill the Peace Lutheran Church
bells-#3.00 net monthly, same to be billed on power classification.
