Commissioner Kurth moved that the Commission accept the bid of
E. A. Pedersen Co. Inc. in the amount of $76,400.00 for Section
Four - Electrical Work - Plant Alteration and Improvement Work -1962.
Commissioner Dr. A. J. Thompson seconded the motion, and upon vote
being taken all members voted in favor thereof and none voted against
and the motion was unanimously adopted.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Pursuant to due notice and call thereof, a special meeting of the
Hutchins on Utilities Commission was held at t h✓ billing office at
13 Washington Ave. West , Hutchinson, Minnesota, to receive and open
bids for construction of the electric service building. All

R. E. Young, and W. E. Reyerson attorney.

was held on June 28 , 1962, at 11530 AM
All commissioners were present; also Supt. R. E. Young and
Attorney W. E. Reyerson.
Dr. Sheppard called the adjourned meeting to order.
Commissioner Kurth moved that the bid of Betker Construction
Company be accepted in the lump sum amount of 66,239.00.
Commissioner Thompson seconded the motion, and on vote
taken, it was unanimously carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
