October 12, 1962.
Special Meeting.
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
on October 12, 1962 at five O'clock P. M. at the office of Dr. R. I.
Sheppard.
All Commissioners were present.
The motion was made by Commissioner Thompson and seconded by Commissioner
Kurth to make a temporary transfer of $5,000.00 t6 the Natural Gas
Division account. Motion was unanimously carried.
.A motion was made and seconded to allow overtime to the following
employees; Ruth Hakel, Bea Pollard and Cordia Rippe. This over time
due to the fact of sickness and the loss of Ruth Nelson. This period
of time vI 11 cover October and November. ,Another motion will be made
if overtime occurs beyond that period of time. The motion was
unanimously carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Sheppard.
All Commissioners were present.
After making a survey of water softeners., a motion was made and xec onded
to purchase a Lindsay Soft Water Softener, details attached to this
minute book sheet, for Unit #7. The motion was unanimously carried.
There being no further business, the meting was adjourned.
