12-03-1962 HUCM45 . December 3, 1962. Monthly Meeting. A monthly- - meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held on December 3, 1962 at five o'clock P. M. at the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard. All Commissioners were present. Minutes of the previous monthly, and special meetings were read and approved as read. Motion was made by Commissioner Kurth and seconded by Commissioner Thompson to grant a $25.00 ( net) Christmas Bonus to each employee. The motion was unanimously carried. Motion was made by Commissioner Kurth and seconded by Commissioner Thompson to pay Ruth Hakel, Bea Pollard and Cordia Rippe for a portion of their vacat`lon, which they were unable to take due to the shortage of office personal. Motion was unanimously carried. Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson and seconded by Commissioner Kurth to purchase a Treasury Bill in the amount of 50,000- -date of maturity March 28, 1963• The motion was unanimously carried.
