Special Meeting.
A Special Meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held on
January 10, 1963 at the off ice of Dr. Re I. Sheppard.
All Commissioners were present*
Motion was made by Commissioner Quade and seconded by Commissioner
Thompson to qualify Supt. R. E. Young, as challenger for the union
electrion to be held in the City Hall, Hutchinson, Minnesota, on
Thursday, January 10, 1963, between the hours of 11,00 and 1 -.00 p.m.
The motion was unanimously carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.

Special Meeting.
A Special Meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held on
January 17, 1963 at the office of Dr. R. I. Sheppard.
All Commissioners were present.
The following are bids received for remodeling office building;

Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson and seconded by Commissioner
Quade to accept the bid of Zajicek Brothers. Motion was unanimously
carried.
Inasmuch as time is an important element, motion was made by
Commissioner Quade and seconded by Commissioner Thompson to have
Harold Schmeling build the counter.

Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson and seconded by Commission
Quade to accept the proposal for new bedplates and rails for Units #1
and #2. Motion was unanimously carried.
