11-04-1963 HUCM1 1 87. Regular Meeting November 4, 1963. A monthly meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held on November 4, 1963 in the Hutchinson Utilities Billing Office at 4:30 P.M. As the second Monday of the month fell on a holiday, November 11th; the monthly meeting was held the first Monday of the month, November 4, 1963. All Commissioners were present; also Supt. Young and Supt. Kuiken. Minutes of the previous monthly meeting were read and approved. Motion was made by Commissioner Quade and seconded by Commissioner Thompson that all officers who have served for the past year he re- elected. Motion was unanimously carried, whereupon President Sheppard declared the following to be the- officers of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission for the 8oming year: R. I. Sheppard Pre s id a nt A. J. Thompson Vice President Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson and seconded by Commissioner Quade to make a transfer of $8,500 to the Natural Gas Division account. The motion was unanimously carried. Motion was made by Commissioner Thompson and seconded b Commissioner Quade to authorize Supt. Young to offer Gordon Fratzke 11.75 per hour. Motion was made by Commissioner Quade and seconded by Commissioner Thompson to withdraw $58,100.00 from the Sinking Fund Account at the First National Bank, Hutchinson,, Minnesota, to pay for principal and interest due December 1, 1963.
