on April 21, 1964 at the Billing Office.

RESOLVED, That pursuant to a complete investigation and review
of the personnel of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission including
the recommendations of the supervisors of the respective depart-
ments, the following increases were established for employees
of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission effective as of May 1, 1964:
