Spec ial Meet ing.
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
on January 24, 1967 at the Hutchinson Utilities Billing Office at
5:00 P. M.
All Commissioners were present; also Secretary R. E. Young.
Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy and seconded by Commission
Filk to allow the following increases in payroll: (effective January 1,
1967.)

Motion was unanimously carried.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk and seconded by Commissioner
Tracy to pay Supt. Young's Medicare., as well as,, Blue Shield
premiums. Motion was unanimously carried.
Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy and seconded by Commissioner
Filkto reinvest the $50,000 maturing on February 1, 1967 in another
Federal Security. Motion was unanimously carried.

There being no further business, motion was made by Commissioner
Filk and seconded by Commissioner Tracy that the meeting be ad-
journed. Motion was unanimously carried.

A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
on February 2. 196-7 at the Hutchinson Utilities Billing Office at
3:00 P. M.
All Commissioners were present; also Secretary R. E. Young.
Motion was made by- Commissioner Tracy and seconded by Commissioner
Filk to sell Unit #3(McIntosh- Seymour Engine) tab Hr. All Merhiy
of Coon Rapids, Iowa for the sum of $250.00. This amount to include
removal of engine. Motion was unanimously carried.
There being no further business, motion was made by Commissioner
Filk and seconded by Commissioner Tracy that the meeting be
adjourned. Motion-vas unanimously carried.
