Regular Meeting
December 11, 1967
The regular meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held at
the Hutchinson Utilities Billing Office on the 11th day of December, 1967
at- four o'clock P. M.
All Commissioners were present; also Supt. Young and Don Olson,
Burroughs representative.
The meeting was called to order by the Vice President as President
Quade was unable to attend the first part of the meeting.
Minutes of the regular and special meeting were read and approved
as-read.
Only one bid was received for the purchase of a billing machine.
This bid being in the amount of $21.,990.00 and belonging to the
Burroughs Corporation. After considerable discussion, a motion
was made by President Quade, seconded by Commissioner Filk to
accept the bid of Burroughs Corporation for 21,990.00. Motion was
unanimously carried.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk and seconded by President
Quade that as many as possible belonging to the Commission attend
the Electrical Meeting at the Radison Hotel being held February 18th
thru 21st. Motion was unanimously carried.
