All Commissioners were present; also Supt. Young. The meeting was called to order by the President and the minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read. Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner Tracy, to purchase from the McLeod Cooperative Power Association the existing line located north of the entrance to the proposed new hospital consisting of nine poles and accessories excluding transformers and meters for the amount of $570.00.
