April 21, 1969.
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
at the Hutchinson Utilities Billing Office on the 21st day of April,
1969.
All Commissioners were present.
President Quade instructed the Secretary to open the proposals sub-
mitted for engineering services on the purchase of an engine and
erection of a building. (A specific amount,to represent total install-
ation cost.)

Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy to accept the quotation of Associated Consultants. Motion was
unanimously carried.
There being no further business , Commissioner F ilk moved that the
meeting be adjourned. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Tracy
and unanimously carried.

The meeting was called to order by the President and the minutes of
the previous meetings were read and approved as read.
The following Resolution was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded
by Commissioner Tracy and unanimously carried.
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hutchinson Utilities Commission set
up a Deferred Compensation Flan to cover employees who have reached
the age of 65 years but continue in the employment of the Commission
under contract with the Commission.
