Special Meeting
April 22 , 1-970.
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
on April 22, 1970 at the Bi11in7; Office at two o'clock P. Y.
All Commissioners were present.
The President called the -ieeting to order and instructed the Secretary
to open thes•- :.aled bids wrich had been received for a Van truck:
Frank Motor Company
1971 Dodge B -300 Van
Equipped to mfet specifications $2,769.00
T,17-i °or Wigen Chevrolet Company
1971 Chevy S' < °crtvan Model #GE 21306 $3,162.76
Equipped to meet specifications
Motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried to accept the bid
belonging to Frank Motor Company.
The President instructed the Secretary to return the certified check
to Myron Wigen Chevrolet Company.
At the regular mer-ting (April 6th) of the Hutchinson City Council
a motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried authorizing to
increase the monthly compensation received by members of the
Hutchinson Utilities Commis-,ion from 0,30.00 to A100.00 per month.
This amount to be effective for the April compensation.
There being no further business, motion was made, seconded and
unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting.
