01-11-1971 HUCML Regular Meeting January 11, 1971 The Monthly Meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held on January 11, 1971 at two o'clock P. M. in the Hutchinson Utilities Office. All Commissioners were present; also Steve Wacker. Minutes from the regular meeting were read ark] approved as read. Motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried to advertise for bids on a cab and chasis.(Ladder Truck) Advertisement for bids to be published in the Hutchinson Leader. Bids to be opened at 2 :00 P. M. on January 21, 1971. (Copy of Advertisement for Bid to be attached to the face of these minutes.) Specifications for cab and chassis are on file at the office of the Hut - chinson Utilities Commission at the above address. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified funds equal to five (5) per cent of the bid. Delivery date must be specified.
