Special Meeting.
April 270 1971.
,, special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was
held on April 27, 1971 at two ofclock P. M. at the Commissionts
meeting room.
All Commissioners were present; also Webb Exum andRobert
Palmquist .
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy and unanimously carried to pay balance of contract to Lemke
& Son for the 300,000 gallon Fuel Storage Tank and accept the
job as being complete. Contract balance $6,271.40.
Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy, seconded by Commissioner
Filk and unanimously carried to retain Young Radiator Company
to repair four intercoolers from Units 3 & 4 with admiralty
inhibited tubes.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy and unanimously carried to instruct Associated Consultants
to obtain information and cost on transferring; present tower
water on Units 3,4 & 7 to raw water, or well water system.
There being no further business, motion was made, seconded and
unanimously carried to ad ourn the meeting.
