Regular Meeting
The monthly meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
on October 7, 1971 at two o'clock P. M. in the Hutchinson Utilities
meeting place .
All Commissioners were present; also Steve Wacker, Assistant Manager.
Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved as read.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner Tracy
and unanimously carried to have styrof. oam installed behind the tile on the
wall of the new building.
A request for project payment #10 in the amount of $29,113.20 and change
order #4 in the amount of $328.32 to R. L. Vogt, Inc. was received,
payment was approved by Associated Consultants. Motion was made by
Commissioner Tracy, seconded by Commissioner Filk and unanimously
carried to allow payment.

Estimate #3 in the amount-of $722,834.10
from Associated Consultants and equipment
after

Safety glasses for the protection

was discussed. It
was decided that more information
be obtained
before any action
could be taken on the subject.
The property belonging to the Hutchinson
Utilities
Commissimo
located North of the garage was discussed.
Motion was made by
Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy and unanimously
carried to instruct Commissioner
Tracy to negotiate
a sale of this
property.
