A, special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities
Commission was held on April 19, 1972 at 11:15 A. M.
in the Hutchinson Utilities meeting place.
Commissioner `wade and Commissioner Tracy were present;
also Steve Wacker, Manager, and Orville Kuiken, Super-
intendent of the Natural Gas Division.
Allan E. Anderson, representing the engineering firm of
Hennings on, Durham & Richardson of Omaha, Nebraska
appeared before the Commission and presented a resume
of the firm.
A discussion was held relative to the future needs of
the Natural Gas Division. Mr. Anderson presented a
proposal for engineering services in connection with
a gas peak shaving plant. Cost of services:

No action was taken on the proposal.
