Hutchinson Utilities Commission
at 9 :00 A.M. in the Hutchinson
All Commissioners were present-, also Manager Steve Wacker,
Attorney Richard A. Peterson and Attorney Roger Gilmer.
Meeting was held relative to securing; legal counsel to
replace Attorney W. E. Reyerson.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by
Commissioner Tracy and unanimously carried to engage the
services of Richard A. Peterson and Roger Gilmer as legal
counsel for the Hutchinson Utilities Commission; $750.00
compensation per six month period.
Motion was made by Coimissioner Tracv, seconded by
Commissioner Filk and unanimously carried that meeting
be adjourned-. meeting was adjourned at 10:30 A.M.
