June 5, 1972
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
on June 5, 1972 at 3:00 PM in the Hutchinson Utilities meeting
place.
All Commissioners were present.
Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy, seconded by Commissioner
Filk, and unanimously carried, to date and execute the attached
agreement.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy, and unanimously carried, that meeting be adjourned.
Meeting adjourned at 3 :15 PM.

As you are aware, Northern intends to file shortly for authority
to sell the 108,500 Mcf per day of Montana gas. This gas is
expected to be available on or about November 27 of this year and
will be sold pursuant to a new Seasonal Service Rate Schedule
on a 120 day winter period basis from November 27 through March
26 for a ten year period.
Because of the high level of nominations received, it was
necessary to allocate the 108,500 Mcf in accordance with the
procedure set out in Paragraph 17.4 of the General Terms and
Conditions of our Tariff, as such paragraph is proposed to be
changed in Docket No. RP71 -107 (Phase II). Under this procedure,
your company has been allocated 180 Mcf.
Please indicate your willingness to execute a Service Agreement
for 0 Mcf under the Seasonal Service Rate Schedule,
assuming receipt of appropriate and acceptable regulatory
authorization, by signing in the space provided below. Would
you then please return the original and retain the enclosed
duplicate copy for your files.
