Regular Meeting
July 1.7, 1972.
The monthly meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was
held on J1ly 17, 1972 at 2 :00 P. M. in the Hutchinson Utilities
meeting place.
All Commissioners were present; also Manager Wacker and Richard
A. Peterson, attorney for the Commission.
Minutes of the June 12th and loth meetings were read and approved
as read .
Richard A. Peterson and Managef Wacker .represented the Hutchinson
Utilities Commission before Judge Neville of the Fourth District
Court on July 14th regarding an oil spill occurring earlier in
the spring. A report was given by Richard A. Peterson informing
the Commission that a f ine had been set at $1,000.00.
Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy, seconded by Commissioner
Filk and unanimously carri d to change the staff salary scyed�al_e
from March lst to July st of each year and to raise salaries
as listed:
