A special meeting of the Futchinsor. 7til:Mes Commission was
held on July 28, 1972 at the Utilities meeting place.
All Commissioners were present; also Manager S. Wacker.
The meeting was called to order by President Caade.
A report was given by Manager Wacker on the financial condition
of the Utilities, which was followed by a discussion. Motion was
made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner Tracy and un-
animously carried to transfer funds from the sinking fund of the Mun-
icipal Electric division to the general fund as needed. Replacement
of these funds to be made as soon as possible.
Discussion relative to needed insurance coverage for the TTtilit;i?s
was again reviewed. Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy, seconded
by Commissioner Filk and Tananvrnously carried to advertise for bids
on insurance. Bids to be opened on September. 1.1, 1972 at 2 P.M.
Motion was made by Commissioner -racy, seconded by Commissioner
Filk and unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at 11 :45.
