Special Meeting
August 9, 1972
A, special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was
held on August 9, 1972 at 10:30 A. M. in the Hutchinson
Utilities meeting place.
All Commissioners were present; also Manager Steve Wacker and
W. E. Reyerson, Richard A. Peterson, Roger Gilmer, attorneys
for the Hutchinson Utilities Commission.
The meeting was called to order by President Quade in order
to discuss generator failure on Unit #4 Worthington engine.
After considerable discussion, the general consensus of
opinion being that Worthington's proposal would not be
acceptable. The consul was directed to gather data and
compose a letter indicating the Utilities position to
Worthington Corporation.
