The monthly meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission
was held on August 14. 1972 at 2 :20 P. M. in th.e Hutchinson
Utilities meeting place.
Commissioner Quade , C o ,mis s i oner Tracy and Manager Wacker
were present.
Minutes of the last monthly meeting and special meeting
were read and approved as read.
Manager Wacker reported on the status of the following;
gas turbine,. Worthington Eingine, progress of the peak
shaving plant and the financial condition of the Utilities.
A discussion was held on whether or not to buy gasoline
for the utilities in bulk -- opinion was not favorable.
The following employees were placed on a full -time hourly
basis:
Gerald Jaster $2.50 per hr. 7 -1 -72
James Bollin 2.50 " " 8 -1 -72
Donald Merkins 2.50 It " 8 -1 -72
