A special meeting of the Futchi.ns on Utilities
Commission was held in the of fice of Attorney
Roger Gilmer on August 18, 1972 at 1.1:00 A. M.
All Co�missioners in attendance; also Manager
Wacker and Attorney Gilmer.
The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate a
letter drafted by Attorney Gilmer to the
Worthington Corporation. After discussion, a
final draft was accepted and Attorney Gilmer
was directed to mail copies to all interested
parties.
The meeting adjourned at 11:30 A. M.
