11-20-1972 HUCM90. REGi?hAR MEETING November 20, 1972. The regular meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held on Monday, November 20, 1972, at 2:00 P. M. at the Utilities meeting place. All Commissioners were present; also Manager. Steve Wacker and Attorney Roger Gilmer. Meeting was called to order by President Quade at 2 P. M.. Minutes of the October 10 meeting were read and approved. Manager Wacker reported on the present financial condition of the Hutch- inson Utilities Commission. Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner Tracy and unanimously carried to pay Estimate No. 3 of Energy Systems, Inc. in the amount of $60,541.92. A joint report was given by Manager Wacker, Commissioner Filk, and Counselor Gilmer on a recent meeting with representatives from other municipal utilities concerning a Joint and Cooperative Agreement plan. Attorney Gilmer <:,Tas instructed to check the legality of Hutchinson Utilities entering into such a plan. No action was taken at this time. Manager Wacker reported that Worthington Unit No. 4 is now operating and that Unit No. 3 will be running in a few days. Manager Wacker presented a detailed work and salary schecule for 1973. No action was taken.
