SPECIAL MEETING
March 7, 1973
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was
held on March 7, 1973 at 9:00 AM in the Hutchinson Utilities
meeting place.
All Commissioners were present; also Manager Steve Wacker.
The meeting was called to order by President Q ade at 9:00 AM.
Purpose of the meeting was to review the revised utility rates
as proposed by Manager Steve Wacker.
Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy, seconded by Commissioner
Filk, and unanimously carried to accept the revised rtility
rates as corrected and present it to the City Council for their
action.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy, and unanimously carried to set up a Capital & Maintenance
Expenditure Account which was recommended by our auditors, Ander-
son, Helgeson, Lieser, and 'Thorsen.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy, and unanimously carried to adjourn at 10 :20 AM.
