SPECIAL MEETING
August 3, 1973
A Special Meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission
was held on August 29, 1973 at 11:30 AM.
All Commissioners were present; also Manager Steve Wacker.
Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy, seconded by Com-
missioner Filk and unanimously carried to accept the low
bid belonging to Burmeister Electric Company for a 2,000
KVA transformer in the amount of $7,555.00 as per recom-
mendation of Associated Consultants. (Letter dated
8- 17 -73)
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Com-
missioner Tracy and unanimously carried to contribute an
estimated amount of $200,000.00 to the general fund of
the City of Hutchinson for the year 197+-75•
Meeting was adjourned at 12:00 PM.
