10-29-1973 HUCMSPECIAL MEETING
October 29, 1973
A Special Meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission
was held on October 29, 1973 at 2:00 PM.
All Commissioners were present; also Manager Wacker and
Counsel Richard Peterson.
Meeting was called to order by President Quade.
One bid was received from Lesters, Inc. (accompanied
with a certified check in the amount of $629.85 for a
metal clad pole type building.
Non conforming - (to code) $9,585.00
To meet Minnesota Uniform Building Code $12,597.00
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commis-
sioner Tracy and unanimously carried to reject the bids
for the building.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commis-
sioner Tracy and unanimous) carried to renew a Commercial
Blanket Bond and Robbery Insurance from Grams Insurance
Agency.
Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy, seconded by Commis-
sioner Filk and unanimously carried to adjourn at 3:30 PM.
