Special Meeting
February 14, 1974
All Commissioners were present; also Manager Wacker.
The meeting was called to order at 10:15 A.M. by President
Quade.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy and unanimously carried to accept the bid for a Davis
Trencher from the Case Equipment Co. in the amount of $7,750.00.
(With trade -in)
A report was given by Manager Wacker regarding the Worthington -
Allis Chalmers case. Counsel for the Hutchinson Utilities
Commission, Pfifer & Schulz, Worthington and Allis Chalmers
were in attendance. No action resulted from the meeting.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
11:30 A.M.
