Special Meeting
March 26, 1974
All Commissioners were present; also Manager Wacker.
The meeting was called to order at 11:00 A. M. by President
Quade.
Manager Wacker presented a letter from the Minnesota, Minning
and Manufacturing Company stating its projected electrical power
requirements for the future. They also requested our projected
plans for the future. Discussion ensued -no action was taken at
this time.
Manager Wacker presented plans for a combination office and
kitchen. This to be built within the generating plant next
to the dispatcher's room. Motion was made by Commissioner
Filk, seconded by Commissioner Tracy and unanimously carried
to proceed with the addition.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
12:00 Noon. 7
