Special Meeting
April 11, 1974
All Commissioners were present; also Manager Wacker.
The meeting was called to order by President Quade.
A detailed discussion was held on the possibility of purchas-
ing a building and, or land, for future expansion of the
Utilities.
Manager Wacker was authorized to offer $225,000.00 for the
property discussed.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 9:00 A.M.
