Special Meeting
April 15, 1974
Commissioners Filk and Tracy were present; also Manager
S. Wacker. President Quade was absent. Vice President
Filk called the meeting to order at three o'clock p.m.
Motion.was made by Commissioner Tracy, seconded by Commis-
sioner Filk and unanimously carried to enter into a Pur-
chase Agreement with Hutchinson Properties, Hutchinson
Growth Inc. and Citizens Bank & Trust Co. Attached is
the Purchase Agreement.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned
at 3:30 P.M.
