Special Meeting
July 2, 1974
A special meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was held
on July 2, 1974.
All Commissioners were in attendance; also Manager Wacker.
The meeting was called to order by President Quade at one o'clock.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy and unanimously carried to join with the City of Hutchinson
to purchase insurance as per attached schedule; however, the
Hutchinson Utilities Commission retain the right to represent itself
in all negotiations.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 2:25 P.M.
