All Commissioners were present; also Manager Wacker and Counsel
Peterson.
Meeting Balled to order by President Quade at 11:45 A.M.
Counsel Peterson presented a proposed agreement on renting the
gas warehouse to the School District #423.
Motion was made by H. Filk, seconded by ,C. Tracy and
unanimously carried to rent the property in accordance with the
proposed agreement, subject to a review of the final draft at the
regular October meeting which will be called on October 16 ,74

Meeting called to order by President Quade at 10:00 A.M.
After discussion on rental property, a motion was made by
Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner Tracy and unanimously
carried to accept the term of the lease as drawn subject to a
final review concerning insurance coverage as outlined.
Meeting was adjourned at 10.40 A.M.
