Special Meeting
March 12, 1975
A Special Meeting of the Hutchinson Utilities Commission was
held March 12, 1975 in the Hutchinson Utilities meeting place.
All Commissioners were present; also Manager Wacker, Counsel
Gilmer, Charles Cox, and Robert Weinstine and Douglas Hemer
of Oppenheimer, Wolff, Foster, Shepard and Donnelly law firm.
The meeting was called to order by President Quade at 1:50 P.M.
A report was given by Robert Weinstine regarding the Worthington -
Allis Chalmers lawsuit. Progress is being made according to
plans.
Mr. Cox reported incorrect fuel and air mixuture could cause
head problems. Vibration's that existed were, perhaps, mainly
from the engine itself.
Lloyd Allen of Allen Office Supply presented a layout plan for
furniture needed in the Utility Office complex. After discussion,
Manager Wacker was instructed to purchase items as agreed upon.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
3:45 P.M.
