Special Meeting
April 1, 1975
All Commissioners were present; also Manager Wacker and Ruth
Hakel.
Meeting was called to order at 10:30 A.M. by President Quade.
Lloyd Allen of Allen Office Supply presented decorating ideas,
colors, materials, etc. for the new Utilities Office Complex.
All persons present were in agreement with the suggested plan
and Mr. Allen was instructed to proceed accordingly.
Motion was made by Commissioner Tracy, seconded by Commissioner
Filk and carried to proceed with the Data Processing plan in
as much as the Utilities would furnish the room for the unit
and hire proper personnel to operate same.
Motion was made by Commissioner Filk, seconded by Commissioner
Tracy and carried that the Hutchinson Utilities enter into an
Agreement for Engineering Services with Associated Consultants.
