Special Meeting
September 5, 1975
All Commissioners were present; also Mgr. Wacker, Counsel Anderson,
Beverly Popp and George Nelson of the Hutchinson Utilities and
Robert Anderson of the International Brotherhood of Electrical
Workers, Local 949.
The meeting was called to order by President Quade at 2 p.m.
Counsel Peterson presented a proposal and pay schedule which was
revised in some areas from the proposal presented by the "Union"
previously. The schedule was then reviewed one section at a time.
Mr. Anderson stated that he will study our proposal and come back
at some future date with the "Union" Counter - proposal.
President Quade appointed Commissioner Filk to meet with the "Union"
as a representative of the Utilities Commission when necessary.
There being no further business, the meeting journed at 3:30 -T.m.
