Special Meeting
September 19, 1975
All Commissioners were present, also Mgr. Wacker; Counsel Gilmer
and Peterson, Bob Weinstine and Steve Touret of Oppenheimer, Wolff,
Foster, Shepard, and Donnelly.
The meeting was called to order by President Quade at 10 a.m.
Bob Weinstine presented a report on the progress of the Hutchinson
Utilities lawsuit against the Worthington Corporation et al. Along
with the presentation he estimated that the work effort is about
2/3 completed with perhaps up to $loo,000.00 total expenditure.
The Commission will study the report and will come with a decision
as to the future plan of action at a later date.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 12:05 p.m.
