Special Meeting
October 15, 1975
All Commissioners were present, also Mgr. Wacker and Counsels Peterson
and Gilmer.
President Quade called the meeting to order at 10 a.m.
Counsel Gilmer outlined some options the Hutchinson Utilities could
pursue in the financial obligations to Oppenheimer et al for their
continuing work on the Worthington -Allis Chalmers lawsuit. After
discussion it was decided to further study the options and present
the findings at a future date.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 11:45 a.m.
